* Weather (April 1-6):hot & humid; 25C inside with a/c; 35C outside, with chance of sudden downpour
* Local dress: all petite SNG women wear mini-shorts or skirts and tight little tops and high-heels; by contrast, in Hindu and Muslim neighborhoods (& temples) you need to cover your legs and shoulders
